Seating Capacity – It can seat 120 people in theatre style and has floating capacity for 250 people. It has a Ground Floor Banquet Hall and Fist Floor Banquet Hall. Each can seat 120 guests with a floating capacity of 250 people. All halls are air-conditioned.

Catering – Both vegetarian and non vegetarian food is provided.  In house catering is provided. Azalea does not allow caterers from outside. 30% tax is levied on food and beverages.

Outside Catering – Not allowed.

Alcohol – Outside alcohol is allowed at the venue. Corkage is applicable. More information will be provided on request.

Decoration – The venue has its own in house décor team which provides decoration as per your choice. It does not allow outside decorators. Decoration cost for reception starts at Rs 25000. Full decoration for a wedding is Rs 35000.

DJ – Outside DJ is not allowed. DJ cost starts at Rs 10000.

Timing – Venue is available from 10 AM to 4 AM. You can book your slot accordingly.

Parking Capacity – Ample parking is available for 300 vehicles. Valet service is also provided for which charges are applicable.

Cancellation Policy – 25% of estimated billing amount is to be paid at the time of booking. In case of cancellation the advance given by you is not refundable. But the date can be moved on availability.
