Polo Farm Dwarka

Polo Farm is situated on Dwarka Link Road. It is near IGI Airport. It is spread over an area of 60000 Sq Feet. This venue is also known as The Venetian Polo Farm. This farm house wedding venue is owned by Gautam Tents who are famous for erecting shamianas and pandals with amazing themes. This is a popular place for marriage ceremonies like Ring Ceremony, Engagement, Sangeet, Mehandi, Theme Wedding and Reception Parties. Any type of Family Function and Corporate Events can also be held here. Alcohol is served here. Outside alcohol is also permitted. Baarat, Hawan and Overnight Weddings are permitted. Seating Capacity of Party Lawn  – The venue has one large and lush green party lawn. It can accommodate 900 guests in seating and 1500 in floating. Nicely decorated shamiana and pandal can be erected on the lawn if required.

Catering – In house catering is provided by a team of culinary experts with a wide range and variety of menu is offered. You can customize the menu as per your choice. Both vegetarian and non vegetarian food is served.

Outside Catering – Outside catering is not allowed by the venue.

Cuisine – A wide range of vegetarian and non vegetarian food is available. Package starts at Rs 2800 per plate for vegetarian food and Rs 3000 per plate for non vegetarian food.

Alcohol – The venue serves alcohol. Outside alcohol is also allowed for which you will be required to get a permit.

Decoration – The in house décor team provides decoration. Outside decorators are also allowed.

DJ – In house DJ is provided. The venue has a sound proof dance and DJ room.

Timing – Venue is available from 10 AM to 11:30 PM.

Advance Payment – The venue charges 25% of approximate billing amount as advance. In case you cancel the event, the advance will not be refunded.

Parking Capacity – Ample parking space is available for 300 vehicles.
