Vilasa is situated on Rajokri Kapashera Link Road. It is located on National Highway-8. Apart from Vilasa Farm there are six more farmhouse wedding venues. These are The Ritz and The Riviera in Gurgaon, Udman on NH-8, The Kundan in Kapashera, Shagun Farms on Band Road and finally Brij Greens in Chattarpur. All seven farmhouses are government approved. Vilasa is a luxury venue for all types of wedding functions, family events and corporate events. The banquet hall is centrally air conditioned. Baarat, Hawan and Overnight Wedding are allowed. Both Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian food is served at the venue. Outside caterers is also allowed. Decoration is provided by the venue. Five rooms are available for guests. Average cost of the room is Rs 3000 to Rs 4000. More information is given below: -
Seating Capacity of Banquet Hall – The venue has a centrally air conditioned banquet hall with stunning décor. It can seat 800 guests and has floating capacity for 1200.
Catering – In house catering is provided by a team of culinary experts. Both Vegetarian and non vegetarian food is available.
Outside Catering – Outside catering is allowed by the venue.
Cuisine – A wide range of vegetarian and non vegetarian food is available.
Alcohol – The venue serves alcohol. Outside alcohol is also allowed for which you will be required to get a permit.
Decoration – The in house décor team provides decoration. Outside decorators are no allowed. Decoration cost starts at Rs 31000.
DJ – In house DJ is provided.
Timing – Venue is available from 11 AM to 02:00 AM in morning.
Advance Payment – The venue charges 50% of approximate billing amount at the time of booking. This advance is not refundable. In case you cancel the event, the advance will be adjusted against future booking. This future booking date has to be within next six months.
Parking Capacity – Ample parking space is available for 400 vehicles.
